Congregational Fellowship and Care promotes a spirit of camaraderie and love within the congregation, founded on a common love for Christ. It also aids in the assimilation of new members into the life and fellowship of the church. This is done through a number of events and programs.
Congregational Fellowship
- Hosting fellowship after each service
- Brunches, potlucks, and special coffee hours
- Small group fellowship
- Coordinating hospitality with other committees
- Coordinating special events such as ball games, canoe and kayak trips, progressive dinners, and holiday dinners
Congregational Care
- Visits, meals, and an appropriate gift when returning home after a hospital stay
- Meals to shut-ins and those in need
- Card Ministry
